Some 8 years ago I bought my first British American Tobacco shares. Since, I have been adding to them reinvesting my dividends in more BAT shares. Also doing occassional cash purchases via my ISA to further grow my holdings and dividends.
British American Tobacco dividend history has been great for me and your write-up clearly shows that I made the right decision to purchase shares in BAT in the first place. I should have done it earlier!
I expect dividends to keep increasing by at least 10% per annum due to the ongoing growth of the world population, and, in particular in the developing countries were BAT is well represented and growing fast.
